Create professional looking labels of different sizes, styles and formats using the label designer. Asset details and other relevant information such as special handling instructions can be placed on the labels. Both Barcodes and QRCodes are supported in the designer.inbuilt notifications improve efficiency and reduce conflicts for shared assets and inventory.
Do away with costly and rigid scanning devices. You can use our mobile apps on any smartphone with a camera to scan Barcodes and QRCodes in quick succession. Our QRCode based asset labels also support 3rd party mobile apps for looking up asset labels on the go!
Each scan of an asset label reveals details including geo-location, IP address and other useful information. An interactive map in the Scan Report shows the geo-locations of equipment, allowing for quick identification of assets including those misplaced or lost. Both Barcodes are supported.
Our sophisticated QRCode management system enables you to tweak settings, choosing what information is shown when someone scans a label. This can come in handy if an asset gets misplaced or lost. As an example, QRCode scans can show the appropriate address for returns and even reward details.
Excel Import and Export
Upload existing asset information via excel files directly into EZOfficeInventory. Our import tool features a dynamic mapping wizard that makes importing data a breeze. Custom Fields are supported during import as well.
The import tool supports Assets, Inventory, Users, Check-in/Check-out events, Locations, Groups, and Vendors. Similarly, all your EZOfficeInventory data can be exported to excel. Whether you’re adding new values, or updating old ones, excel imports can make the process infinitely quicker.
EZOfficeInventory sends email based reminders for a number of events including reservation due dates, asset check-ins and check-outs, audit requests, and more. To improve adoption of asset management in your organization and set custodian expectations, you can choose which alerts get sent out and also customize email contents for each of the email types.
If our extensive array of reports is not sufficient for your needs, you can always create a report that meets your needs using the flexible Custom Reports tool. We’re also open to adding new reports based on the common needs of our customers.
If you require snapshots of your data in EZOfficeInventory to be available in your private cloud, perhaps for offline usage, then this is the feature for you. We currently support Dropbox and can add others based on the number of requests we receive.
The data is exported in a CSV format on regular intervals.
Restricting user access to certain groups of assets and empowering supervisors to manage their teams is an extremely useful feature when attempting to deploy EZOfficeInventory across an enterprise.
